Paulette Dukes received her masters degree from Auburn University in 1990. With a total of 31 years of experience, she has worked as a private speech pathologist for the past 23 years in LaGrange Georgia. In 2019, Paulette Dukes opened Building Blocks Behavioral Center with Haley Kemp BCBA. Paulette Dukes works as owner of Building Blocks and Speech Pathologist and RBT.

Vicki Hollaway joined our team in 2020. She continues to help Building Blocks succeed by being office and billing manager.

Kelsey joined our team in 2021. She assists with scheduling and referrals for ABA and speech. You may also find her in a session working with one of our sweet kiddos as she also has her RBT certification.

Haley Kemp became a BCBA in 2017. She had the privilege of opening Building Blocks Behavioral Center in 2019 with Paulette Dukes. This has been a dream of Haley's since beginning in the field of ABA back in 2015. It is her goal to provide families and their children with a safe, enriching, and therapeutic atmosphere where they can continue to learn new skills every day.

Tabatha Calhoun joined the Building Blocks team in June of 2019. Tabatha is an expert at teaching pretend play skills and developing independence in social skills. She became a BCBA in 2021.

Andrea Smith joined the Building Blocks team in December of 2019 as an RBT. Andrea became a BCBA in 2021. She is excellent at bringing creativity and scientific knowledge to her caseload to help clients reach their goals.
